Uniforms

  • All uniforms are supplied by HILLSTONE SECURITY LTD.

  • Unserviceable uniforms during the contract period will be replaced at our expense.

  • New uniforms are issued annually.

Investigation Procedures

  • The Operational Director ensures all investigations are conducted professionally and promptly.

  • Acknowledgment Letter: Issued within 12 hours of any incident.

  • Full Report: Sent within 3 days. If investigation exceeds 3 days:

    • Interim Report: Issued within 3 days

    • Final Report: Completed within one week of the interim report
