Operations

  • Security Officers work 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week.

  • One day off is granted weekly, with relievers deployed at no extra cost.

  • Officers are introduced in writing to clients prior to deployment.

  • All officers are in full uniform and are adequately equipped.

Management

  • A professional management team oversees operations and acts as the link between our field staff and the client’s management team.

  • Regular client meetings are conducted to assess performance and implement necessary adjustments.

Payment

  • All services are offered under a standard contract and are payable in advance.

Guard Standards

Recruitment Requirements

  • Guards work 6 days a week with one day off (relievers provided).

  • Entitled to 26 days of annual leave.

  • Covered under NHIF – Medical Cover.
