We are committed to employing only the best. All candidates must undergo thorough background checks:

  1. All personal referees will be contacted.

  2. At least two previous employers, in addition to candidate-supplied referees, must be contacted.

  3. Employment history must be complete and account for all gaps—any unaccounted gaps will result in disqualification.

  4. The original Certificate of Good Conduct (Form Police 20) must be submitted and filed.

  5. Background checks will be conducted in the candidate’s home village through consultation with the Village Headman or Chief.

Major parts of the above-mentioned system include:

  • Alarm accessories i.e. battery backup, Siren, strobe light & siren box
